SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Your own
social team.
Without the hire.

We plan it, shoot it, post it and report on it every month, on your channels. Agency-grade content on a steady calendar, and nobody on your payroll chasing it.

  • Strategy, production, posting and reporting from one senior team
  • You approve the calendar once a month. That's it.
  • Broadcast-quality content, cut for every platform

A 20-minute call. We'll scope it and send a fixed monthly price.

01 · How it works

Six steps, then again next month.

The same senior team takes it from the first question to the monthly report, so nothing gets lost between a strategist, a production company and a social media manager. The example on the right follows one sample client through a month.

Audience & goals

Who you need to reach, and what you need from them.

We start with the business goal, whether that's more inquiries, more applicants, a launch or a reputation to build, and the people who decide it: who they are, where they spend time online and what they need to hear before they act.

Strategy

Pick the channels. Set the voice.

Not every brand needs every platform. We choose the two or three channels where your audience actually is, define the handful of topics you'll be known for, and write down the voice so every post sounds like you.

Content plan

A calendar you approve once a month.

Each month you get the whole calendar: every post, its format, its channel and its date. You approve or redline it in one sitting instead of signing off on posts one at a time.

Production

We make all of it.

Shoot days with our crew, AI-driven production for volume, motion graphics, stills, copy and captions. Every piece is cut to each platform's sizes, so nothing gets cropped badly or recycled as-is.

Distribution

Published on your channels, on schedule.

We post from your accounts on the agreed calendar, put paid boosts behind the posts worth paying for, and watch the comments during business hours. Anything that needs your team gets routed straight to them.

Measure & refine

A report that says what to do next.

Once a month: what people saw, what they clicked, what turned into inquiries and what we're changing. Then the next month's brief starts from what we learned.

02 · Off your plate

What your team stops doing.

Deciding what to post

The plan, the topics and the calendar come from us.

Shooting and editing

Our crew and our pipeline, at a quality your phone can't match.

Writing captions and resizing

Every post is written and sized for the channel it's going to.

Remembering to post

The calendar runs whether or not anyone has a free afternoon.

Watching the comments

We keep an eye on them during business hours and flag what needs you.

Pulling the numbers together

One report a month, in plain language, with what we're changing.

What your team still does: approve the calendar once a month, join a short monthly check-in, and tell us what's happening in the business so the content keeps up with it.

03 · Ways to work with us

Three ways to scope it.

Content

We make it. You post it.

For teams that have someone to hit publish but no one to make the work.

  • Audience brief and channel strategy
  • Monthly content calendar
  • A finished monthly content package: video, stills, copy and captions
Delivered ready to publish.

Managed channels

We make it and run it.

For brands that want social handled end to end, without hiring for it.

  • Everything in Content
  • Publishing on your channels
  • Comment monitoring during business hours
  • Monthly report and check-in
The most common starting point.

Full program

Content, channels and paid.

For a launch, a growth push, or a brand that needs to be everywhere its audience is.

  • Everything in Managed channels
  • Paid social campaigns
  • Landing pages for the ads
  • A bigger production each quarter and a quarterly strategy review
Built around a goal and a timeline.

Every retainer is priced to the channels, volume and production it needs, so we don't post a rate card. Book a call and we'll send a fixed monthly price.

04 · The team behind it

The same people who make these.

Questions

What people ask us.

Which platforms do you manage?

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. We recommend the two or three where your audience actually spends time, rather than spreading your brand thin across all of them.

Do we own the accounts and the content?

Yes. We publish from your accounts, and everything we make is yours to keep and reuse, including the raw footage.

How much of our team's time does it take?

One approval pass on the monthly calendar, a monthly check-in, and a heads-up when something is happening in the business that we should cover.

We're in healthcare. How do you handle comments and privacy?

We agree on an escalation plan with you before anything goes live. We never discuss anyone's care in public, and comments that need clinical or patient follow-up go straight to your team. We also work within each platform's rules for advertising health and treatment services.

Can we start with content only and add channel management later?

Yes. Many clients start with a monthly content package their team posts, then hand us the channels once the rhythm is working.

What does a retainer cost?

It depends on how many channels, how much content and how much production you need each month. We scope it on a short call and send a fixed monthly price.
