Behavioral health marketing,
from the agency of record.
We're the agency of record for a Massachusetts behavioral-health network and its family of brands. Brand strategy, campaigns, film, websites and paid media for treatment centers, mental health programs and multi-brand networks, built for a category where trust is the whole job.
Work that's running right now.
For Maritime Behavioral Health and its five brands (Mayflower Recovery, Back Bay Mental Health, Cambridge Mental Health, Atlantic Behavioral Health and Windward Mental Health) we handle positioning, campaigns, film, print, arena and stadium sponsorships, and the network's website.
Everything a treatment brand needs to be found and trusted.
Brand architecture for networks
One parent, several facilities, each with its own audience. We define what each brand owns so they stop blurring together, and stop competing for the same patient.
Campaigns people don't scroll past
Print, social, out-of-home, campus and stadium creative that speaks to a community, not a diagnosis. See our campaign work.
Facility and brand films
Open-house films, walkthroughs and spokesperson spots that let a family see the place before they call. See video production.
Websites that answer the 2 a.m. questions
Clear levels of care, admissions steps and insurance language, built fast and built to rank. See web design.
Paid media strategy
Search stays the anchor, but a considered, family-level decision needs more than the last click. We plan the full mix around what the platforms allow.
Athletics and campus sponsorships
We build the whole deliverable set for college athletics partnerships, from LED ribbons and videoboard spots to dasher boards and web banners.
Five moves for a behavioral-health network.
Most networks we meet buy nearly all of their attention at the last click, one brand at a time. As agency of record, these are the five moves we make.
Stop bidding against yourself
Sister brands in the same metro often bid on the same searches and raise each other's costs. One command center, one owner per search, territories divided by geography and level of care.
Teach the machine what a patient is
Ad platforms optimize toward whatever you count. Feed verified admissions back into bidding instead of clicks and calls, and the algorithm starts looking for patients.
Put the budget where decisions happen
Choosing treatment is a considered family decision. Search still anchors the plan, but part of the budget moves upstream to film, social and maps, where trust gets built.
Say the right thing to the right person
The person in crisis, the worried family, the student and the referring clinician each get their own message, channel and front door.
Let the system compound
Bought attention disappears when you stop paying. Each quarter, part of the budget builds things the network keeps: a film library, search rankings, remarketing pools and referral relationships.
From our insights.
What people ask us.
Can you run paid ads for addiction treatment?
Yes, with the platforms' rules in mind. In the US, Google, Meta and Microsoft Advertising all require LegitScript certification before they'll run addiction treatment ads, and Meta also requires its own written permission. We plan the media around your certification status. If you're still in the process, we build the assets you own first: film, your website and organic search.
How do you handle privacy and ad targeting?
The ad platforms restrict targeting people based on health conditions, and we wouldn't want to anyway. We build audiences around place, context and role: the family member researching at night, the student near campus, the clinician who refers. Patient information never goes into an ad platform.
Do you only make ads?
No. For behavioral-health clients we handle brand architecture across multiple facilities, websites, facility and open-house films, print, digital, stadium and arena sponsorships, and the strategy that ties them together.
Do you work with single programs or only large networks?
Both. A single program needs a clear brand and a steady stream of the right inquiries. A network needs its brands to stop competing with each other. We build for whichever one you are.
Can you make claims about insurance or outcomes in the creative?
Only what you can stand behind, in writing, for every audience the ad reaches. We keep coverage claims specific and accurate, and we don't use outcome statistics that can't be verified. It's safer, and it reads as more trustworthy.
