Andrew founded Attention Creative on a simple conviction: the best corporate films begin with creative leadership, not a camera. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in film directing and has spent nearly twenty years in the corporate and commercial space — including work for some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies. Increasingly, those clients bring him in not to execute a finished script, but to originate the creative itself. He leads every project from first idea to final cut.
Gwenyth is the calm at the center of every production. For almost twenty years she has run the operational engine of Attention Creative — from on-set logistics through the post-production process — and she's the relationship that clients and crew alike come to trust. If a shoot runs smoothly and a project lands beautifully and on time, it's usually because Gwenyth made it so.

Bud spent his career as a senior communications executive at Florida Power & Light, operating at the highest levels of corporate communications and regularly coaching C-suite leaders on how to show up — on camera and in the room. He brings a rare, executive-fluent perspective to the messaging and strategy behind our films.
Johnny is a cinematographer and a genuine creative force behind the lens. Light, composition, motion — he brings the image-making craft that gives Attention Creative's work its cinematic signature.
